Our aim is to lend a hand

by improving the quality of life

for physically disabled people,

living in South Lakeland.

 

We do this by making one-off grants towards the purchase of equipment, facilities and services,

in order to relieve the needs of local people.

For 2024 LDS is again giving grants to disabled people in South Lakeland, but will limit grants so as not to exceed the available budget.    We are therefore restricting grants to a maximum of £5,000 per application.  Priority will be given to individual people, but other charities may also apply while funds last.
