Our aim is to lend a hand

by improving the quality of life

for physically disabled people,

living in South Lakeland.

 

We do this by making one-off grants towards the purchase of equipment, facilities and services,

in order to relieve the needs of local people.

LDS CIO is planning to transfer its usual grant making activity

to Cumbria Community Foundation.  

​

This means that from 1st September 2024 LDS CIO will cease grant making itself, and applications will be transferred 

to CCF for normal consideration.  

Grants will therefore still be available to applicants.  

Please accept our apologies for any initial delay in dealing

with your application while we work through the transition.
